Hi! I’m Cassie Flowers, MS, RD, LD (she/they)
I'm a registered dietitian and founder of Flowers Nutrition. I’m passionate about supporting people across the full spectrum of eating concerns, from chronic dieting and food anxiety to diagnosed eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID.
My Approach
I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive, and trauma-informed framework. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to make my practice neurodivergent and queer affirming.
I aim to meet you where you are and honor your autonomy. I'll bring the nutrition science and experience supporting those with similar stories; you'll bring your wisdom about yourself, your body, and your life. Together, we'll figure out what works best for you, not what food or recovery “should” look like.

A Little About Me
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me curled up with a book (I love dark literary fiction and sci-fi), crocheting or knitting something cozy, wandering in nature, sipping boba, or snuggling with my little black cat, Stella.
