Follow-up Appointment (45-60 minutes): $150

I also offer self-pay and out-of-network services. I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Sliding Scale
I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots on a first-come, first-served basis for clients facing financial hardship. I use an honor-system model and trust you to assess your own financial situation. No proof of income or documentation is required. Please contact me to discuss availability and options.
Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours notice for any reschedule or cancellation. Late cancels will be charged $75 and no-shows will be charged the full session rate.
Late cancel/no-show fees do not apply to those using Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP) insurance.
